Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Channel Sales Executive to manage new dealer appointments and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers. This role is critical to our business growth and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Dealer Appointment & Onboarding
Lead Generation:
Identify and target new locations; generate meetings for potential dealer partnerships
Follow-up Management:
Conduct systematic follow-ups post-meetings and maintain detailed records in ZOHO CRM
CRM Management:
Create client accounts, update conversation notes, and track all interactions in ZOHO
Sample Coordination:
Process and dispatch product samples based on client requirements
Documentation:
Share certificates, authorization letters, and other required documents after dealer appointments
Reporting:
Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the reporting manager
Existing Dealer Relationship & Growth
Client Support:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication
Account Management:
Create monthly opportunities in ZOHO CRM; maintain updated client data, agreements, and communication records
Order Coordination:
Monitor orders and work with operations/logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery; resolve delivery and billing issues promptly
Performance Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly account performance reports; analyze revenue vs. targets and present insights during CPC meetings
Business Development Support:
Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials; support client engagement initiatives, including carpenter meets and quarterly gifting programs
Client Retention:
Follow up on pending orders; collect regular feedback and market insights; update CRM daily; handle client complaints efficiently and ensure timely resolution
Plant Coordination:
Liaise with the plant team regarding delayed or punched orders; keep clients informed of status updates
Client Communication:
Share monthly sales reports; manage end-user visits at the Head Office
Daily Reporting:
Update Daily Progress Monitoring (DPM) and present as required; maintain consistent communication with Manager on partner progress, challenges, and targets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
1-3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales support, or business development
Proficiency in CRM software (ZOHO experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
