We are looking for a proactive Channel Sales Executive with a passion for technology and sales, especially in the server and IT infrastructure domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing channel partner relationships to drive sales of server-based solutions in their territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners including resellers, VARs, and system integrators.
Promote and sell servers and workstations through the partner ecosystem.
Organize partner training sessions, product demos, and joint customer visits.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and work closely with partners to close deals.
Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver complete solutions.
Monitor and report on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Engineering / IT / Business (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT channel sales, ideally with exposure to server or enterprise hardware.
Good understanding of server products (rack/tower), basic configurations, and industry use-cases.
Excellent communication and relationship management
Willingness to travel within the assigned region for partner and client engagement.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with OEMs, IT distributors, or channel-driven businesses.
Familiarity with virtualization, cloud-readiness, or AI/ML server use cases is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
