Job Description


As part of the global Revenue Operations team, the Channel Sales Coordinator role will provide key support to Blancco s worldwide Channel team and valued partners, playing a fundamental role in a Channel first organisation You will become the key contact for Channel operations inquiries, whilst being responsible for key reporting, order processing and order fulfilment A successful candidate will need a customer centric attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment, with an understanding of business priorities Key Responsibilities Ownership and management of channel related operational queries, both internal and external, and working cross functionally as required. Management & timely fulfilment of sales orders from key global partners in accordance with best practice processes. Regular reporting on key business metrics and insights associated with channel performance. Maintaining partner accounts and contract hygiene within the CRM system. Supporting the Channel Account Managers & the wider sales team to ensure pipeline hygiene across selected key partners within the CRM system. Assisting in the preparation of partner pricing & product SKU catalogues. Establishing and maintaining continuous feedback loop with key stakeholders, to identify opportunities to optimize operational efficiencies. Documentation of related, key operational processes and best practices. Key Skills & Experience Previous sales coordination or support experience. Previous experience working with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com. Strong proficiency in spoken and written English. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Commitment to data accuracy with a strong attention to detail. Capable of working efficiently in Excel. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage workloads, particularly against deadlines. Confidence to remotely build and maintain effective working relationships across a global organisation. A pro-active nature. Proficient with corporate productivity and web-based tools. (Office 365).
