Job Description

In our Sales & Partnership team, you will build and scale our Singapore partner ecosystem. Your goal is simple. Sign the right partners, enable them, and bring qualified referrals that convert.

What you will do



Identify, recruit, and onboard partners in Singapore
VCs, accelerators, venture studios, CFO and accounting firms, HR consultants, startup communities, digital agencies, IT MSPs

Own the partner funnel
Prospecting, first calls, due diligence, agreement, enablement, co-selling, attribution, payouts

Launch and run partner perks and co-marketing
Webinars, email templates, one-pagers, case studies, landing pages

Drive meetings and hires with partner sourced leads
Fast routing, follow ups, and calendar management

Keep the house in order
Track every referral and stage in CRM and PRM. Report weekly on pipeline, forecasts, and risks.

Work tightly with sales and recruiting
Share role demand, salary bands, and time to fill. Close loops quickly.

What success looks like



Month 1: 6 signed partners, 12 qualified referrals, 3 closed deals Month 2: 10 partners cumulative, 20 to 25 qualified referrals, 6 closed deals Month 3: 15 to 20 active partners, 35 to 45 qualified referrals, 10 closed deals Quality: Under 5 minute first response to partner referrals during SGT hours. Referral to meeting rate above 20 percent. Meeting to hire rate above 35 percent.

You have



4 to 7 years in channel partnerships or B2B sales with APAC exposure Excellent English communication in both spoken and written Strong outbound skills on LinkedIn and email. Comfortable with quotas and weekly activity targets Experience selling services or HR, payroll, staffing, SaaS, or outsourcing solutions Solid pipeline discipline. You live in CRM and can forecast with accuracy Ability to work 10am to 7pm SGT hours from India

Nice to have



Sold into Singapore before or worked with Singapore partners Knowledge of EOR, PEO, staffing, or HR compliance in India Ran partner webinars and perk programs

Tools you will use



HubSpot or similar CRM PartnerStack or Kiflo for PRM LinkedIn and Apollo for prospecting Google Workspace and zCal

Compensation



Base pay + Target bonus + Commissions
