Role Overview:
The
Channel Partnership Manager / Business Development Manager (B2B)
will be responsible for
building, managing, and scaling B2B referral partnerships
that generate qualified clients for
Gleuhr's skin treatment and wellness services
. This role focuses on identifying strategic partners, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving consistent referral-based business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage
B2B referral partners
(clinics, salons, dermatologists etc)
Develop and execute
channel partnership strategies
to generate high-quality client referrals
Build strong relationships with partners through regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Negotiate partnership terms, referral models, and collaboration agreements
Track partner performance and optimize referral conversions
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities
Represent the company at networking events, industry meetups, and B2B forums
Achieve assigned
B2B revenue and partnership targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
B2B Sales / Channel Partnerships / Business Development
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Understanding of
referral-based sales models
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
Strategic mindset with execution focus
