Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Partner Relationship Management



- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Channel Partners.

- Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and newly onboarded partners.

- Ensure smooth communication, timely support, and high partner satisfaction.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with partner teams and management.

2. Admissions & Target Achievement



- Ensure all Channel Partners contribute to achieving batch-wise admission targets.

- Track the full admission pipeline: Lead flow, Eligibility checks, Documentation, Confirmation.

- Analyse partner conversion rates and introduce improvement plans where required.

- Maintain accurate partner-wise target vs achievement data.

3. Training & Partner Team Development



- Conduct regular training sessions for partner team members.

- Train partners on Credit Transfer process, Eligibility criteria, Documentation standards, Product knowledge, and Sales pitch.

- Ensure partners follow Edumentora's admission workflow consistently.

4. Channel Expansion & New Partner Acquisition



- Identify and contact potential institutions or firms to expand Edumentora's channel network.

- Conduct partnership meetings, presentations, and discussions.

- Coordinate onboarding of new partners after management approval.

- Provide complete orientation and training to new Channel Partners.

5. Operational Coordination



- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and error-free processing of partner admissions.

- Ensure partners submit complete and accurate documentation.

- Resolve partner queries quickly to avoid delays.

- Track each application from inquiry to final admission.

6. Performance Monitoring & Strategic Support



- Review each partner's performance regularly and provide feedback for improvement.

- Suggest strategies to increase conversions and achieve targets.

- Identify growth opportunities in the B2B segment.

- Support the Branch Head in implementing new B2B initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
