The Channel Partner Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners/brokers to generate qualified leads and support the sales of residential projects. The role requires strong real-estate network building, relationship management, and lead-driving capabilities.
Preferred location: Noida, Gurgaon and Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner Acquisition
Identify and enroll new channel partners in assigned territories.
Conduct onboarding, documentation, and training on project details.
2. Channel Partner Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with active partners.
Conduct regular meetings, briefings, and engagement events.
3. Lead Generation via CPs
Drive lead inflow through active CPs.
Ensure lead quality by sharing project knowledge and buyer-fit criteria.
4. Conversion Support
Coordinate site visits for CP-generated leads.
Support negotiations and documentation with the internal sales team.
5. Market Intelligence
Track competitor projects, pricing, CP incentives, and market trends.
Provide weekly summaries and inputs for strategy.
6. Reporting & Compliance
Update CRM daily with leads, CPs, and activities.
Maintain accurate partner databases and visit logs.
Key Skills & Competencies
Real estate sales or channel partner handling experience preferred.
Strong networking and communication skills.
Ability to work independently across city-level markets.
Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.
Education & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
2-6 years of sales experience (real estate, insurance, FMCG preferred).
