Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales operations for luxury real estate projects in Noida/Gurgaon.
  • Manage and mentor sales teams to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and provide strategic direction.
  • Ensure seamless client servicing and closure of high-value transactions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and project launches.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales (luxury residential & commercial preferred).
  • 5-7 years of proven team-handling experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the NCR real estate market (Noida & Gurgaon).
  • Strong network with developers, channel partners, and HNIs.
  • Ability to meet and exceed high-value sales targets.
Work Schedule
  • Noida VP Sales - Week off on Tuesday.
  • Gurgaon VP Sales - Week off on Monday.
