to promote and sell our

real estate projects

. The role involves generating leads, bringing potential buyers, and assisting clients throughout the buying process. This is a

long-term association opportunity

with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities



Generate leads and bring

potential buyers

for real estate projects Promote projects such as

open plots, villas, apartments, resorts, and farmlands

Explain

project details, pricing, and offers

to clients Coordinate

site visits

and assist clients during booking Maintain

regular follow-ups

until deal closure Build strong

relationships with customers and referrals

Coordinate with

internal sales team

for documentation and deal closure

Required Skills & Qualifications



Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of the

real estate market

Ability to

handle customers professionally

Strong

negotiation and closing skills

Ability to

generate leads and network effectively

Basic knowledge of

WhatsApp, social media, and phone usage

Knowledge of local language (

Telugu/Hindi/English

)
