Job Description

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills to meet sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline. Key responsibilities

Partner acquisition and onboarding

: Identify, vet, and onboard new channel partners (e.g., brokers, agents) to expand the partner network.

Relationship management

: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and new channel partners.

Sales and lead generation

: Coordinate with partners to generate consistent, quality leads and actively participate in closing deals.

Training and communication

: Conduct regular trainings and provide partners with essential updates on products, pricing, and marketing plans.

Performance monitoring

: Track partner performance, provide necessary support, and ensure they meet sales targets.

Market analysis

: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to help position products effectively.

Internal collaboration

: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies, client servicing, and support.

Compliance

: Ensure all channel partner activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations (like RERA).
Required skills and qualifications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven sales and channel management experience. Strong presentation skills. Ability to build and manage relationships. A results-driven and self-motivated approach. Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and market trends. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Familiarity with the industry (e.g., real estate) and local market is often preferred. Willingness to travel may be required.
