Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition:

Identify, vet, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (resellers, affiliates, VARs).

Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing partners, acting as their main point of contact.

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies with partners.

Performance Management:

Monitor partner performance, provide feedback, conduct business reviews, and ensure targets are met.

Enablement & Training:

Equip partners with necessary product knowledge, sales tools, and resources for success.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with internal sales/marketing teams and support partners in closing deals and addressing customer needs.

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate agreements and incentives (commissions, discounts) to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
