Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support real estate sales channels (e.g., brokerages, agents, digital platforms).
Collaborate with internal teams to produce sales enablement materials--brochures, flyers, email templates, listing presentations.
Coordinate listings and promotions on MLS platforms, listing syndication portals (Zillow, Trulia, etc.), and CRM systems.
Assist with event planning and execution (open houses, broker events, industry conferences).
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, including lead generation and conversion metrics.
Ensure brand consistency across all external-facing materials and communications.
Provide marketing support to real estate agents and partners--training, tools, and resources.
Coordinate email and social media campaigns aimed at attracting buyers, sellers, and investors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, property development, or related industries.
Understanding of real estate marketing channels (MLS, IDX, syndication, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Knowledge of real estate sales processes is a strong plus.

Attention to detail and creative thinking.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or similar design tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising is a plus.
