Position Overview
The Company is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Channel Partner Program Executive
to develop, manage, and grow its partner network in Surat and nearby regions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting business partners who promote and sell the Company's digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Provide partners with product training, marketing support, and regular updates.
Drive revenue growth through partner sales and meet assigned targets.
Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Analyze market trends to identify potential new partnership opportunities.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for partner campaigns and events.
Prepare reports on partner sales, activities, and performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in channel sales, partnership management, or B2B sales (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or software industry).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
Self-driven, strategic, and target-focused mindset.
* Comfortable with field travel across Surat and nearby regions.
