We are looking for a motivated Sales Partner to join our property sales team. If you don't have capital to invest but are driven to earn high commissions by closing deals, this is an excellent opportunity. You will earn attractive commissions on each property sold -- typically

?50,000 up to ₹2,00,000 per sale

, depending on the product and the value you bring to the client.

What you'll do

Call assigned leads daily and follow up until conclusion. Present property features, benefits, pricing and offers clearly to potential buyers. Handle objections and negotiate terms professionally. Coordinate site visits, meetings, and documentation with the team. Maintain accurate call logs and update lead status regularly. Close sales and ensure a smooth handover to operations/legal teams.
Who we want

Confident communicator with good telephone skills. Result-driven, persistent, and honest. Previous experience in sales (real estate preferred) is a plus but not mandatory -- we will train you. Comfortable working on commission and motivated by high-earning potential. Able to follow scripts and feedback, and to adapt quickly.
Earnings & Growth

Commission per successful sale:

?50,000 to ?2,00,000 (product-dependent). No investment required from your side -- you only need time, effort, and commitment. High performers will get priority leads and possible incentives, referral bonuses, and long-term partnership opportunities.
How we'll support your success

Daily lead allocation so you always have prospects to contact. Practical training sessions (phone demos, role-plays, closing tactics). Real-time mentoring during important calls or site visits. Regular performance reviews and targeted coaching to increase conversion rates.
