Looking to grow in real estate sales?

We're looking for a self- motivated, proactive Real Estate sales person to join our team. You'll manage client relations, drive property sales, and get customer closing. Ideal candidates bring strong local market insight, strategic sales acumen, and an impressive track record in real estate.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels
Conduct property viewings, present offerings, and negotiate terms to close deals
Maintain and grow relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to support client transactions
Attend client visits at sites, convert leads into bookings, handle sales, site visits & closures, handle customer negotiations and convincing. Rapo build-up with the sales team on sites. Stay updated on new launches & market trends
Provide smooth post-sales service

What We Need - Key Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation ability
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
Familiarity with Pune's real estate market dynamics
Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.
Should have basic knowledge of Sales
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Upsell when appropriate. Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting.
Identify buyer personal profiles for property requirements.
Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
Find prospects and leads who are eligible for buying property
Self-motivated and driven
Strong client handling & negotiation skills
Knowledge of RERA, transactions & Pune property market
Confident, presentable & result-oriented
