Position: Channel Partner (CP) Sourcing Manager - Real Estate (Balagere Project)

Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and manage Channel Partners (CPs) for the Balagere project, ensuring strong market coverage
Leverage existing CP network and relationships to activate immediate sourcing
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with active and potential CPs
Ensure CP activation through regular follow-ups, meetings, and site briefings
Drive site visits once project site visits commence, ensuring consistent walk-ins via CPs
Achieve minimum monthly site visit and booking targets through CP sourcing
Conduct CP trainings, project presentations, and inventory briefings to enhance conversions
Track CP performance, site visits, and bookings; share weekly performance reports
Coordinate with sales, CRM, and marketing teams for smooth lead handling and closures
Ensure CP compliance with company processes, documentation, and RERA norms
Identify high-performing CPs and work on retention, engagement, and incentive alignment
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
Number of active CPs onboarded
Monthly site visits generated through CPs
Bookings and revenue contribution via CP channel
CP activation ratio and conversion efficiency
Compensation & Growth:
CTC: Competitive; based on experience and current CTC
Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked to CP-driven bookings
Opportunity to grow with large-scale township launch and expansion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
