Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Channel Partner Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist
to promote our courses, generate qualified leads, and convert them into enrollments. This is a performance-based opportunity, ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive on results and want to work with a growing aviation brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy
: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Lead Generation
: Drive traffic and generate high-quality leads through paid and organic digital efforts.
Content & SEO
: Assist in creating compelling content (ads, blogs, social media posts) and optimize for search engines.
Sales Conversion
: Follow up on leads, counsel prospective students, and convert them into admissions.
Social Media Management
: Grow Aeromate's online presence through engaging and informative content.
Reporting & Analytics
: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and suggest improvements for higher ROI.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and sales (preferably in the education/training sector).
Familiarity with CRM tools, digital ad platforms, and social media marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Passion for aviation or interest in the education/training industry is a plus.
