Key Responsibilities:



Identify and

acquire new channel partners, sub-brokers, authorized persons

in assigned territories. Explain company's

business model, product offerings, and revenue-sharing structure

to potential partners. Conduct meetings and presentations to

convert prospects into active partners.

Provide

onboarding and training support

to newly acquired channel partners. Coordinate with internal departments for

account setup, compliance, and operational support.

Monitor partner performance and ensure

consistent revenue generation

through engagement and support. Maintain accurate and updated records in the

CRM system.

Build and maintain

strong relationships

with existing partners to ensure long-term business growth. Stay updated with

market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
