Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.As a Channel Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of production consistency and quality across digital marketing channels, starting with Email and Web. You will work closely with the Channel Experience, MarTech, and IT teams to gather and disseminate best practices, monitor channel utilization, oversee production workows, and track performance metrics. Your focus will be on aligning production processes with Roches broader digital transformation goals and operational excellence. Additionally, you will escalate potential issues and early warnings to the Operations Team Lead, ensuring proactive management of any challenges that may arise.
