To ensure productivity achieved in all the locations. Non-performance to be monitored regularly. To ensure every location maintains minimum yield.

Ensure team has followed all process as per the bank policies.

Highlighting top performers

Risk Management



Need to check on Delinquency in all the locations and highlight any locations has higher delinquency.

Governance



To ensure team follows all laid down process of the bank and need to check regularly all governance things maintained in each locations

Regulatory & Business Conduct



Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Serve as a Director of the Board Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)

Key stakeholders



This role needs to interact with all stakeholders with CI, CO , policy, CI, porducts to ensure TAT is followed on time and scorecard is rolled out on time , PDD % should be less than 5% in all locations.

Qualifications


Must be a graduate. Post Graduates will be preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in Mortgages , product knowledge will be preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Should be well versed with performance processes and systems. Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit. Thorough Knowledge of MS Office
