Role Responsibilities

Franchise Building
  • To work jointly with Digital & Product Team to implement new digital enablers (LMS & RTOB).
  • Competition Analysis- through market visits on ground to determine what really is happening at competition
  • Work with Product / Segments team to deliver Right product in line with building USP & reduced cost
  • Manage productivity of frontline with riders/promotions.
  • Develop Sales pitch & train the team.
  • To support NSM in achieving the desired COA
Strategic Initiatives
  • To implement group scorecard model for all channels managed.
  • To create standard performance metrics across all sales channels.
  • Ensure fair and right incentivization of all sales roles.
  • To frame and launch sales contests to drive sales KPI's.
  • Identify the real pain points of frontline through 'Voice of Frontline' and work with product & segment team to eliminate the same.
  • To work on increasing productivity of the sales team
  • Rationalize Incentive pay-outs across channels
  • To work towards optimal span of control across all channels handled
  • Identify Process Efficiencies and champion right through to implementation.
  • Coordination with the Assurance team to determine where and what practical course corrective actions are to be done for frontline.
  • Create and maintain the distribution plan for CCPL team
MIS
  • Managing all relevant MIS reports, ensuring that all key sales MIS are sent on time, accurately and consistently within the relevant TAT's
  • Proactively understand need of any business trackers and implement the same
  • Accuracy of the MIS is must
  • Work with regional teams to understand their requirement and implement the same
Other Responsibilities
  • Analysis of data as and when required
  • Automate data processing and MIS generation to save time and cost
  • Custodian of all the backup data and information for the business
  • Work on central strategic initiatives as and when required
  • Support in maintaining the employee dash board
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 5 year + experience in the banking industry in a similar role.
  • Overall understanding of the Credit card business with experience from Telesales, Branch and TPS sales
  • Must be number oriented and understanding of card booking process
  • Must possess excellent MS Excel understanding
  • Any other BI tool like power Bi etc or R / Python is an added advantage
