at Tre Cred Solutions Pvt Ltd will be responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers/Executives to achieve sales and loan disbursal targets. The role demands strong leadership, business development skills, and the ability to drive growth in both
Secured Loans (Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Auto Loan)
and
Unsecured Loans (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Credit Card)
categories. The Sales Manager will ensure branch-level performance, team productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly disbursal & revenue targets.
Drive sales of secured and unsecured loan products across assigned branches/markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Identify and implement strategies to increase loan penetration and market share.
2. Team Leadership & Productivity
Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Managers.
Conduct daily/weekly sales huddles and performance reviews.
Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and skill development to the team.
Ensure team achieves targets for lead generation, conversion, and disbursal.
3. Customer Acquisition & Retention
Ensure high-quality sourcing of customers with proper KYC & documentation.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated service issues.
Develop cross-sell opportunities for other financial products.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure strict adherence to credit policy, documentation, and KYC norms.
Minimize rejection rates by maintaining high application quality.
Work closely with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
5. Reporting & Market Insights
Track and analyze sales MIS, funnel status, and branch productivity.
Provide regular reports to Cluster Manager/Regional Head on sales performance.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and recommend strategies.
