We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Manager to oversee and expand our Channel Partner (CP) / DSA network across a defined zone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales, strong relationship-building skills, and experience in driving revenue through partner-led models in the financial services or housing finance industry.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner Management

  • Drive overall business growth through the CP channel across the assigned zone in close collaboration with regional and branch teams.
  • Lead the empanelment and onboarding of new retail CPs, ensuring proper due diligence and training.
  • Monitor and enhance performance of newly onboarded and existing CPs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both corporate and retail CPs to maximize engagement and output.
  • Identify and reactivate dormant or underperforming CPs, encouraging consistent business generation.
2. Sales Enablement & Target Achievement
  • Work alongside business teams to ensure CP channels meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.
  • Implement initiatives to improve lead-to-conversion ratios and grow the partner network.
3. Operational Excellence
  • Support CPs in resolving any operational issues to ensure seamless business execution.
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements to enhance CP satisfaction and performance.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery by addressing CP queries, concerns, and escalations promptly.
4. Strategic Engagement
  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve partner productivity and deepen collaboration.
  • Regularly analyze partner performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience managing CPs/DSAs in the housing finance or financial services sector
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, grow distribution networks, and manage large-scale partner ecosystems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to drive performance through motivation, training, and hands-on support
