Responsible for creating and managing a pan-India network of printer service partners and engineers. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and onboarding engineers and service vendors to support printer installation and maintenance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard printer service partners and engineers across India
Evaluate technical capabilities and service readiness of engineers
Build and maintain a database of approved service partners
Ensure service coverage, quality, and SLA compliance
Coordinate with internal teams for service requirements and expansion
Requirements:
Experience in printer service operations or field service management
Strong knowledge of printer hardware and support processes
Willingness to travel pan-India
Good communication and vendor management skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
