2. Channel Activation and Onboarding
Complete KYC, documentation and onboarding formalities of new partners
Provide product and platform training to newly added partners
Ensure partners become active within the defined timeline
Track activation ratio and reduce onboarding delays
3. Sales and Revenue Growth
Support partners to achieve monthly sales goals
Monitor partner performance and provide guiding inputs
Drive promotional activities through partners to increase sales
Meet personal and team revenue targets
4. Territory Coverage and Market Penetration
Increase channel presence in identified high potential areas
Conduct field visits regularly to understand local market needs
Expand the network and improve coverage in the assigned zone
5. Partner Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with existing channel partners
Resolve partner issues within defined turnaround time
Improve partner satisfaction and retention
Collect feedback and share insights with management
6. Training and Development
Conduct refresher training sessions for partners
Ensure partners understand product updates, pricing and new features
Improve partner capability and readiness for sales activities
7. Compliance and Documentation
Ensure all partner agreements and documents are accurate and verified
Maintain updated records of partner performance and compliance
Follow company guidelines, pricing policies and process standards
8. Reporting and Analysis
Submit daily, weekly and monthly activity reports on time
Track lead data, partner performance and sales metrics
Share market intelligence and competitor insights
