We are urgently looking to hire a Sales Manager- Franchise Development for our client in the preschool and High School industry



Location:

Amritsar, Punjab



This position is for a chain of preschools with 2000 branches across India, Dubai, Qatar and Maldives

Role:



The role holder is responsible for enhancing brands presence in the assigned territory through new channel appointments and end to end operationalization of the partner centres.

Aggressively chasing leads provided by the central team. Proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high quality sales pitches. Following excellence in the transition process. Guiding the prospective channel partner to identify suitable property that meet the criterion laid down by the Company. Ensuring timely collection of Franchise fees. Billing necessary furniture and equipment to the new partners to make them operationally ready. Enabling the new partner with sourcing of mandated Welcome Kits for inauguration. Coordinating with Marketing Team to identify suitable areas and tools to ensure visibility and generate enquiries. Ensuring POP materials are in place as per Pre Sign off discussion
