Channel Account Manager
to generate new revenue and developing new Sales pipelines.
Requirements
As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding relationships with our strategic partners, resellers, and system integrators. You'll play a critical role in driving revenue through channel sales, onboarding new partners, enabling their success, and ensuring alignment with our go-to-market strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
Partner Management: Own day-to-day relationships with channel partners, including resellers, VARs, OEM, and System Integrators
Sales Enablement: Train and enable partners on our platform, value proposition, sales process, and competitive differentiators.
Pipeline Development: Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and close deals.
Onboarding & Activation: Lead the onboarding process for new partners and ensure they ramp quickly and effectively.
Forecasting & Reporting: Track partner performance, maintain accurate pipeline data, and report on KPIs and revenue contribution.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, product, and customer success to support partner initiatives and resolve issues.
Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to internal teams on partner needs, competitive trends, and market dynamics within the public sector space.
Benefits
The ideal candidate will have:
3-7+ years of experience in SaaS and/or tech channel sales, partnerships, or account management.
Proven track record of managing and growing channel partner relationships.
Experience with government procurement processes and public safety sales cycles is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a collaborative team.
Existing network of public sector resellers or government IT consultants.
Familiarity with cooperative purchasing agreements and contracts (e.g., NASPO, GSA).
Experience supporting or building a channel program from the ground up.
