Summary: As a Change Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the development and execution of change initiatives that support a seamless transition to the desired target state. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to assess the current state, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that foster engagement and acceptance of change. You will also focus on developing metrics that effectively measure the success of the transition, allowing for timely adjustments and ensuring that the organization meets its objectives. Your contributions will be essential in guiding teams through the change process, ultimately leading to a more efficient and effective operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance understanding of change initiatives. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to change processes and metrics. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Core Integrations. - Strong analytical skills to assess change impact and effectiveness. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. - Ability to design and implement change management frameworks. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
