Summary: As a Change Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the development and execution of change initiatives that support a seamless transition to the desired target state. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to assess the current state, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that foster engagement and acceptance of change. You will also focus on developing metrics that effectively measure the success of the transition, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to address any challenges that arise during the process. Your contributions will be essential in guiding teams through the complexities of change management, ultimately leading to a successful transformation within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of change initiatives. - Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management, Workday Recruiting, Workday Learning. - Experience with change management methodologies and frameworks. - Strong analytical skills to develop and interpret metrics for measuring transition success. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
