Job Description
What you\'ll do
To work in the capacity of a \'Change Manager & provide governance support towards any ITIL changes in the scope of work. Interface with all other teams within the ecosystem of the project (engineering, customer, service managers, project managers) to ensure that service delivered to the agreed level to customer. To ensure changes are implemented within standard lead times and minimum impact to customers.
Key accountabilities
- Responsible for governance to all ITIL change activities to the IT infrastructure in scope of work.
- Ensure 100% adherence to all agreed SLA
- Proactive & research based approach to understanding the change management activity specific to the infrastructure and IT environment
- Owns the end to end ITIL change management process
- Ability to priorities, re-priorities & escalate to get things done in time
- Has the technical acumen to manage changes
- Host the CAB calls and drive change activities across various teams
- Drive improvement to the change management process including periodic reporting on the performance
Experience of working on ITIL disciplines
Customer Service Experience
Hands-on knowledge of Networking, SDWAN, MERAKI
Change, Release, Problem & Project Management
IT Literate Engineering Graduate
Good Understanding of Networking, IT/Telecom processes & products
Desired
Change Management process, SDWAN, MERAKI IoT, AWS, CCNA,CCNP
ITIL Certification
CCNA Certification
