How to contribute to our vision

For our Platform team in Technology we are looking for a Change Coordinator who would be responsible for coordinating the activities related to non-conformances/change requests raised by the production, and ensure such change requests are implemented seamlessly and at optimal cycle time.

Responsibilities include:

• Contribute significantly to reduce technology related non-conformance costs
• Maintain details and overview of all non-conformances/change requests raised by production
• Follow up with cross-functional teams and ensure change requests are implemented at optimal cycle time
• Provide regular status of change requests progress, challenges and action plans
• Active participation in the department, sparring with colleagues, ensuring information flow and flagging of issues, contributing to the team and department goals

Acquired education and experience:

• You hold a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Around 5 years of experience in managing or executing engineering changes in product design
• Hands on experience in Engineering Change Management
• Experience in mechanical or electrical design is a plus
• Possess outgoing mindset to communicate proactively across stakeholders and managing the stakeholders
• Experience working with cross functional teams across globe
• You have experience in handling administrative tasks, reporting and communicating with other stakeholders
• You are an advanced Microsoft Office user including Excel, Word, Power point, Visio.
• Experience with Teamcenter or other PLM tool is an advantage, but not a requirement
