segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, good market knowledge of the Hyderabad and Telangana region, and experience in selling security products like IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners (distributors, dealers, system integrators).
Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the channel network.
Provide product training and support to partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capability.
Execute promotional activities and schemes with channel partners to boost sales.
Monitor channel performance and provide feedback to improve partner performance.
Coordinate with the technical support and service team to ensure post-sales satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Regular field visits to partners and project sites to build stronger relationships.
