What You'll Be Doing

You'll get your hands dirty across

three worlds

:

AI + Automation

Play with OpenAI, AgentKit, LangChain, and similar frameworks to build small automations and chat-based tools Experiment with agentic workflows that can research, write, or build autonomously Prototype marketing AI agents that can plan, post, and analyze

Web + Product

Build and tweak landing pages using Webflow, Framer, or even plain HTML/CSS/JS Help connect APIs, automations, and front-end components Contribute ideas for user experience and growth hacks

Digital Marketing + Growth

Assist in running ads, SEO, and content experiments Build smart reporting dashboards Use data and AI tools to track and boost conversions

You might be a fit if you:

Have dabbled in building small websites, bots, or automations Love trying new AI tools and figuring out "what else this can do" Can write clearly and think analytically Enjoy solving messy problems with simple, clever solutions Believe learning beats experience any day
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Cool)

Basic Python or JavaScript scripting Prompt engineering or fine-tuning experience Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or n8n Experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Played with LLMs like LLaMA, Mistral, DeepSeek, or fine-tuned a chatbot
