We advocate openness, systematic and yet fun environment!- To help in running the E-Commerce department and to deliver excellence within agreed budgets.- Troubleshooting to ensure the application & website is trading continuouslyResponsibilities : Jewellery Product Management & Cataloguing- Uploading products, social posting, product research and other back-office admin work.- Launching or making people aware of the new products or services via mobile applications- Contacting potential clients/sellers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings- Work closely with Factory Unit Teams/Function Heads/Other departments for optimising of products and customer user journey to deliver sales targets- Collaboration with Digital Marketing Agency, PPC, SEO- Support on web content management such as product information, campaigns which includes content localization, website visuals and other industry technical tools, etc.- Manage daily order fulfilment to arrangement for dispatch, which includes assessing of fraudulent and customer coordination of returns and exchange.- Handle customer enquiries on web shopping through online channels, which includes customer related reports for analysis.- managing a large number of SKUs; pre-sales and after sales customer services, order fulfilment and logistics management.- Effective communication skills, time management & co-ordination abilities.- Ability to multi-task with strong aptitude to contribute as an individual and a team player.Candidate requirements :- Education: Post-Graduate/Graduate in E-Commerce, Business IT or equivalent.- Experience: Minimum 1Year & Above [Experience in supporting an E-Commerce Channel]- Proven work experience as an E-Commerce Executive, CRM Executive- Knowledge of HTML will be a positive point.- Solid communication skills- Strong understanding of the online / digital environment- Preferred: Candidate must have good knowledge of Jewellery and Diamond Industry.- Key Skills:- Amazon, Flipkart, Alibaba, Research Campaigns, etc...Contact us to apply (ref:updazz.com)
