Key Responsibilities : - Campaign Development & Execution : Lead the creation and execution of targeted multi-channel CRM campaigns, including Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and RCS, to drive customer engagement and conversion.- Data Management & Segmentation : Handle and analyse vast datasets (millions of records) to segment customers accurately and ensure that campaigns are targeted and personalized. Use data to fine-tune campaign performance and improve results.- Reporting & Insights : Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor and analyze campaign performance. Identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure CRM activities align with overarching business goals and enhance customer experience.- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to CRM processes and tools, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.
