The Indian Street Food Chef will prepare, present, and innovate authentic chaats and regional street food dishes, ensuring top-quality taste, hygiene, and presentation. This role demands expertise in traditional recipes, creativity for seasonal specials, and the ability to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Chef must cook-
1.Golgappa
2.Dry and wet chaats:
-Bhel puri
-Sev puri
-Papdi chaat
-Aloo chaat
-Samosa chaat
-Aloo Tikki chaat
3. Breakfast and heavy chaat plates:
-Kulcha chole chaat
-Chole Bhature
- Chole Kulche
-Pav bhaji
Note:
The chef should be skilled in preparing all the aforementioned items and must be willing to relocate to Srinagar.
