and looking for passionate chefs who can bring innovation and consistency to our chaat offerings.

Chef de Partie (CDP) - Chaat

Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) - Chaat

sChef de Partie (CDP) - Chaat
Manage and execute traditional & modern chaat preparations.
Supervise junior staff (DCDPs & Commis) in the section.
Ensure quality, taste, and consistency across all items.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
Innovate and assist in developing new chaat items.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in Indian/Street Food or Chaat section.
Strong knowledge of chutneys, spices, seasoning & authentic flavors.
Ability to manage a section independently.
Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) - Chaat
Assist CDP in preparing ingredients and chaat items.
Handle mise-en-place (chutneys, masalas, toppings).
Maintain quality and hygiene standards.
Support smooth operations during service hours.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Chaat/Indian snacks section.
Strong interest in Indian street food flavors.
Willingness to learn and grow under guidance of senior chefs.
