Job Description

We are looking for a

CGHS Billing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of

CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) billing

, including preparing, verifying, and submitting bills as per CGHS guidelines and ensuring timely reimbursement processing.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and process

CGHS bills

accurately as per government norms. Verify patient documents, treatment records, and prescriptions before billing. Coordinate with the

CGHS authorities

for approvals and clarifications. Maintain records of bills submitted, payments received, and pending claims. Ensure compliance with

CGHS rules and procedures

. Reconcile billing data with accounts and ensure timely submission of reports. Liaise with patients and internal departments (e.g., finance, medical records) to resolve billing-related queries.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in hospital billing, preferably with CGHS/TPA exposure. Knowledge of

CGHS billing software

and documentation requirements. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills.
