Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview

Senior leadership role reporting to

Founders & Board

Responsible for

financial strategy, cash-flow management, fundraising support, and governance

Key role during scaling of:

+ Procurement operations
+ Fintech and financing-led products

Hands-on leadership role

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive

company-wide financial strategy and planning

Manage

cash flow and working capital

in a high-GMV business Support

fundraising activities

, investor relations, and due diligence Build

financial models

for:

+ Warehousing operations
+ Receipt-financing / agri-fintech initiatives
Set up and strengthen:

+ Financial controls
+ MIS and reporting systems
+ Compliance and governance frameworks
Liaise with

banks, NBFCs, and lending partners

to structure credit facilities Prepare the company for:

+ Institutional audits
+ Board-level reporting
Build, mentor, and lead the

finance and accounting team

Ideal Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in finance roles

Prior experience in one or more of the following:

+ Agribusiness / AgriTech
+ Supply chain or logistics
+ Fintech or NBFC
+ High-volume transaction businesses
Strong expertise in:

+ Working capital management
+ Fundraising and investor interactions
Experience in

startups or scale-up environments

preferred Hands-on, execution-focused, and

founder-aligned mindset
