Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators:Support and Monitoring\xe2\x80\xa2 Support CEO, Project & Commercial heads and their teams in the financial decisions making from time-to-time Key role in preparation of the Strategic & Annual business planning and risk management.\xe2\x80\xa2 Setup/ensure successful implementation of financial policies, internal controls and strong financial systems to guard interest of the shareholders.\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and Supervise finance and accounting function, tax compliance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, maintaining accounting records as per Ind. AS and GAAP and audit clearance thereof.\xe2\x80\xa2 Financial Accounting and Closing of Books of Accounts and Audit clearance thereof 1.\xe2\x80\xa2 Review of P&L and Balance Sheet.\xe2\x80\xa2 Resolution of issues with Auditors and ensure no adverse remarks in Audit Report etc.\xe2\x80\xa2 Accounts Receivable Management Ensuring no revenue leakage with proper monitoring and controls Dealing with Auditors and reply to their reports Reconciliation of debtors and realization of dues Accounts Payable Management\xe2\x80\xa2 As per payment terms Ensure compliance of TDS Monitoring of Expenses as per AOP and variance analysis\xe2\x80\xa2 Tax Compliance\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring Filing of returns as per tax deadlines with accuracy and assessment.\xe2\x80\xa2 Handle tax assessments, transfer pricing assessments etc. from time to time.\xe2\x80\xa2 Reply to Department\'s queries and filing of appeal and appearing for appeal matters and co-ordinate with advocatesEXTERNAL INTERACTIONS\xe2\x80\xa2 Regular interaction with Internal as well as External Auditors, consultants for addressing their issues and reply to their reports.\xe2\x80\xa2 Regular interaction with Bankers in regard to loans repayment, interest issues, providing regular reports etc.\xe2\x80\xa2 Regular interaction with Tax Departments for various tax related issues, assessments, investigations, specific information and replying to their queries.\xe2\x80\xa2 Interaction with Insurance team and Insurance company for insurance and claims as and when it occurs.INTERACTIONS\xe2\x80\xa2 Regular Interaction with DIAL in regard to various issues raised by them from time to time Regular interaction with DIAL, DIAL-JV\'s-MIS on various issues related to expenditure, contracts etc.
