Position Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the principal strategic and operational leader of Shri Sabhari Metallurgical (India) Limited. Reporting to the Chairman and Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for driving long-term growth, operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainable business performance. This role requires a visionary yet hands-on leader capable of aligning cross-functional teams, strengthening governance, and enhancing the company s competitive positioning in domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision
Develop and execute the company s long-term strategic roadmap in alignment with the Chairman and Board.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, diversification initiatives, and growth avenues across domestic and global markets.
Lead innovation, digital transformation, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
Foster a high-performance, results-driven organizational culture. Business & Operational Management
Oversee end-to-end business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
Provide leadership across production, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and human resources functions.
Establish, monitor, and review key performance indicators (KPIs) and report regularly to the Chairman and Board.
Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high productivity and quality benchmarks. Financial Leadership
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes.
Ensure prudent financial stewardship to drive profitability and sustainable revenue growth.
Collaborate with finance teams, investors, lenders, and external stakeholders on funding strategies, investments, and risk management. Governance & Compliance
Ensure robust corporate governance frameworks and best practices are consistently followed.
Maintain full compliance with legal, regulatory, statutory, and environmental requirements.
Provide transparent reporting on business performance, risks, and strategic priorities to the Chairman and Board. Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, regulators, government bodies, and industry associations.
Represent the company at industry forums, regulatory meetings, and key business engagements.
Strengthen brand reputation and credibility within the metallurgy, recycling, and manufacturing ecosystem. People & Culture
Build, mentor, and lead a strong senior leadership team.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Drive HR strategies covering talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Required Qualifications & Experience Education
MBA / PGDM or equivalent in Business Management (preferred).
Technical qualification or relevant experience in metallurgy, manufacturing, engineering, or related industrial domains is a strong advantage. Experience
Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive roles within manufacturing, metallurgy, fabrication, or related industries.
Proven experience managing large-scale operations with full P&L responsibility.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business transformation, and scaling operations through growth phases. Skills & Competencies
