Responsible for overall financial leadership with strong expertise in Forex management, export-import documentation, trade finance, and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Forex exposure, hedging, and export remittances Handle pre-shipment & post-shipment export documents Manage import payments and documentation Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, GST, Customs & Income Tax Lead finance, accounts, and export documentation teams Optimize working capital, costing, and profitability
Qualifications & Experience:

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) 15+ years experience, with strong geotextile export industry background Proven expertise in Forex, international trade finance & banking expertise in export in Manufacturing background
