CFD Engineering Manager

to lead and grow a

globally distributed CFD team

, delivering high-impact simulation solutions that support

product development, customer projects, and business growth

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a

global CFD team

across multiple geographies (India, Europe, US collaboration) Provide

technical leadership

in CFD methodologies, simulation strategy, and validation Drive

continuous improvement and innovation

in CFD capabilities, automation, and adjacent areas (AI for simulation, noise, structural analysis, etc.) Collaborate closely with

Process Engineering, Sales, and regional stakeholders

to deliver customer-focused solutions Mentor and develop engineers, building strong technical depth and leadership capability Manage

resource planning, prioritization, and delivery

across global projects Communicate

CFD-driven value propositions

to customers and internal stakeholders Actively contribute to the

global CFD knowledge community

Qualifications & Experience

Master's or PhD

in

Mechanical / Chemical / Aerospace Engineering

Strong hands-on background in

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)

Experience with

ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM

, and HPC environments Proven experience

leading and developing engineering teams

Exposure to

global roles while based in India

is highly preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures and time zones *

Combustion / reacting flows experience

is valuable but not mandatory
