Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation)

Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and customize Certinia PSA (FinancialForce PSA) to meet business requirements. Develop and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Integrate Certinia PSA with other enterprise applications and systems. Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support. Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues in the PSA platform.
Technical Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA modules. Strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows in PSA. Expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem. Knowledge of Salesforce platform basics, including configuration and customization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
