Needs Assessment:
Identify specific soft skills gaps and training needs among students through various assessment methods. *
Curriculum Development:
Create and update training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, aligned with industry best practices.

Facilitation:
Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions using various methodologies like role-playing, case studies, and group discussions.

Evaluation and Reporting:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs, analyze results, and provide feedback to students and stakeholders.

Mentoring and Coaching:
Provide individual coaching and mentoring to students to support their skill development and career goals.
*
Collaboration:
Work closely with college faculty, placement officers, and other relevant teams to integrate soft skills training into the overall curriculum.

Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends and employer expectations to ensure training relevance.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of training activities, student progress, and program effectiveness.
