We are seeking a CPC Certified Medical Coder with strong knowledge of US healthcare coding standards. The candidate will be responsible for accurately assigning medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II codes for physician and outpatient services Review clinical documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy Ensure compliance with AAPC guidelines, payer policies, and HIPAA regulations Identify and resolve coding discrepancies or denials Collaborate with billing and RCM teams to support clean claim submission Stay updated with coding guidelines and regulatory changes Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks

Required Qualifications:

CPC Certification from AAPC (Active status) Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology Experience with US healthcare claims and reimbursement processes High attention to detail with strong accuracy standards Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Physician, OPD, or E&M coding Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Good communication and analytical skills Exposure to denial management and audits (added advantage)
