We are seeking dedicated and compassionate

Staff Nurses

to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our multidisciplinary hospital setup. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering treatment, collaborating with the medical team, and ensuring a safe, clean, and healing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed. Monitor vital signs and document patient health status regularly. Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and examinations. Maintain accurate and complete medical records. Educate patients and families on disease management, home care, and discharge instructions. Ensure infection control protocols and hygiene standards are strictly followed. Coordinate with lab, pharmacy, and other departments for smooth patient care. Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Participate in audits, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution. Registered with the respective State Nursing Council. BLS/ACLS certification (preferred for ICU/ER roles).

Skills Required:

Excellent clinical and patient care skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Team player with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
