Key Responsibilities
Educate patients and families about medical equipment (BiPAP, CPAP, Oxygen Concentrators, Wheelchairs, etc.).
Assist with device setup, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth patient onboarding.
Maintain follow-ups with patients for therapy compliance and satisfaction.
Handle inbound/outbound calls for patient inquiries and leads.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
Upsell consumables (masks, filters, accessories) and promote upgrade options.
Enter remarks and update CRM/follow-up sheets regularly.
Support renewal, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and buyback processes.
Work closely with the sales and delivery team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Qualifications
Certified Nursing degree/diploma (GNM / B.Sc Nursing).
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle both patient interactions and sales targets.
Prior experience in healthcare, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
Eagerness to learn business aspects and grow into leadership roles.
