A Certification Platform Specialist plays a vital role in managing the exam delivery and scoring platforms that support Oracle University's Certification exam platform including Hands-on Performance based Exams (HPEs) and delivery. This position demands strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to align business requirements with technology solutions. The role focuses on ensuring seamless exam delivery, troubleshooting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Exam Platform Management & Testing:

• Conduct the setup, evaluation, and comprehensive testing of exams across the authoring, publishing, delivery platforms that are either Oracle internal tools or third party tools
• Manage setup and delivery of Oracle Cloud Success Navigator exams
• Perform rigorous testing of hands-on performance based challenges to ensure functionality and compatibility with quarterly product releases of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
• Ensure labs are provisioned accurately and credentials are verified

Service Requests & Issue Resolution:

• Address service requests related to HPE exams for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS), investigating and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams such as with platform development and QA teams, to troubleshoot and rectify issues

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with the software development, operations, QA, and product management teams to enhance the exam platform performance and reliability
• Provide input on future enhancements, technical improvements, and process optimizations

Technology Innovation & Certification Platform Evolution:

• Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions using GenAI to enhance the platform functionality and user experience
• Testing and QA of MyLearn and Oracle Cloud Success Navigator platforms
• Develop technical documentation and best practices to improve testing methodologies and troubleshooting processes

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years experience in the industry
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and SaaS applications
• Familiarity with certification exam delivery systems and hands-on labs or exams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical, analytical approach
• Ability to collaborate with development, operations, and product teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and customer/internal stakeholder interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Oracle Cloud or related cloud technologies
• Prior experience managing exam platforms or certification exam environments
• A Bachelor's degree in Science/Computers
