The CERT Security Incident Manager is part of Atos Governance Team. This role is responsible for the coordination of Security Processes based on ITSM within services that are delivered by BDS for the Customer. Coordinates the delivery of Security Incident Management, Security Problem Management, Security Event Management processes to Customer. Supports the Client Manager and the Service Delivery Manager in service management tasks. - Manages the Security Incidents of the highest-level in compliance with the defined scope. Other priorities are managed by Security Manager. CSIRT provides Security Incident Response - Ensures appropriate communication via Management Status Reports to the defined internal stakeholders and ATOS Senior Management - Establishes and coordinates the technical conference calls where the technical experts and teams work to provide a swift resolution - Documents of the sequence of actions and other information provided through the technical calls for further internal reporting requirements - Establishes and coordinates the management conference calls as an additional channel of communication dedicated to the ATOS Management - Can support the external communication only with the Security Manager authorization and supervision. The support could be delivered by setting and coordinating the Customer management call or sending email updates - Performs hierarchical and functional escalations in order to expedite the incident resolution - Prepares the Final Management report with the recommendations related to the process part
